The first part of the video-review of the "Exact Table Alignment" script for Adobe InDesign was added on YouTube, from which you can learn how to get the optimal table size with just a few mouse clicks by using this script.
The algorithm for embedding into the InDesign menu was updated in three scripts simultaneously: "Split Text By Paragraphs", "Fit Frame Using the Context Menu" and "Exact Table Alignment". The latter also received a number of significant fixes and improvements, the information on which can be found on the page of the script.
The article "Localized menu: the adventure continues" was added, which provides one of the solutions to the problem of embedding scripts into the context menu of different localizations.
An update of the "Change Numbers In Text" script to the version 3.1. Now, when you click on the font selection button (Regular, Bold, Any ...), the script creates a list of only those font styles that are applied to the numbers in the selection. Previously, the script created a list of font styles used throughout the document throughout the text, which significantly slowed down the script. Now the process of selecting the font style works without "freezes".
The article "Export From InDesign to HTML-4: What to Do With Images and Hyperlinks" was added. The final, fourth article in the “Export from InDesign to html” series provides the methods for converting InDesign images into tag representations in the html format, and a script for converting hyperlinks from InDesign to html.
The article "The script did not appear in the menu, or Once again on localization" was added, which addresses the reasons why the embedding of scripts in the InDesign menu may not work, and what needs to be done to finally see the menu item, which will call the necessary script.
